I borrowed it from a friend who has had it for years. I have so many watercolor books as I teach a beginning class to older adults - I didn't want to go out and buy another.
I was due to give a talk to a local art group and needed help. So I borrowed my friends book since the words Watercolor and Simplified described my state of mind. I started taking notes.
Then even more notes. Finally, I said to myself - If I'm taking these many notes - hell I may as well just buy the doggone book. And I did - off Amazon as a used book. Now students in my class are borrowing my book. I suspect they will want to buy their own as well. This book is a keeper and the video of the same name is fantastic. This woman has no time for foolishness when teaching - she simplifies the entire process.

Beautiful handling of people and animals, which is why I picked up this book at the library, but little in drawing techniques, which is what I needed as far as animals go.
